Abstract

This study explores how workers' digital personal storytelling is used as a persuasive tool in organizational conflicts. The study examines how workers use personal storytelling to self-promote, brand their employers, and engage in social activism. The study also examines the tensions and implications involved in using workers' personal stories as part of digital campaigns
