Abstract

Job burnout, characterized by prolonged responses to chronic emotional and interpersonal stressors in the workplace, poses significant challenges for individuals and organizations alike. This multidimensional phenomenon, encompassing inefficacy, exhaustion, and cynicism, has far-reaching implications, affecting not only job satisfaction but also emotional and physical well-being. This abstract delves into the detrimental effects of job burnout, its impact on productivity and absenteeism, and the associated economic costs, emphasizing the urgent need for effective interventions to mitigate its prevalence
