Abstract

The Revised Self-Leadership Questionnaire (RSLQ) is a psychometric instrument that measures self-leadership, a process by which individuals control their own behaviors, create influence, and lead themselves using specific behavioral and cognitive strategies. The translated versions of the RSLQ have shown good reliability and construct validity, providing evidence of the measure's cross-cultural validity. However, more research is needed to assess the measurement properties of the RSLQ in new cultural contexts
